Banquet attendance is not required to participate in the reunion, however all attendees must pay the reunion fee.
No. Anyone 18 years and older should pay the individual family reunion fee, in addition to the adult banquet fee if attending.
Only family members who are part of the same household can register for the reunion together. Family members who are not part of the same household must register and pay separately. In order to ensure that we can cover all reunion expenses, it’s important that all family members register and pay based on the guidelines provided. Thanks again for understanding.
Yes. Reunions are expensive. In order to ensure that all reunion expenses are covered, all family members who attend the reunion must pay the reunion fee. Thank you for understanding.
Reservations must be made by June 6, 2025 to secure the group rate.
Reservations can be still be made after the cut‐off date at the standard hotel rate. We strongly suggest early booking to ensure availability.
No, breakfast is not included at the hotel.
Reunion t‐shirts will be distributed at the beginning of the banquet Friday. If you are unable to attend the banquet, we can make other arrangements prior to the Saturday celebration.
No, additional t‐shirts will not be available for sale during the reunion.
No Sunday activities are planned due to varied travel arrangements for family members.
There is no banquet fee for children 3 years old and under.
The reunion fee covers expenses to host the reunion, facilities, Saturday’s meal and activities.
We prefer all reunion fees to be paid by PayPal, however, money orders will also be accepted.
